The “compliance check” is a process carried out by the Ministry and aimed at checking whether the registration application is complete. During this check, it is verified whether the application contains the necessary documents under the relevant regulatory requirements. The completeness check does not assess the quality or adequacy of the data or evidence provided; it only checks whether the application is formally complete.
The compliance check is completed within three weeks from the date of receipt of the application. If deficiencies are detected, the Ministry grants the registrant a certain period to complete these deficiencies. If the deficiencies are not remedied promptly, the application is rejected.
