“Conditions of use” are the conditions that must be adhered to during use, including exposure controls and risk management measures throughout the life cycle of a chemical substance.
These conditions also include the operating conditions determined to ensure the safe use of the substance or mixture. Within the framework of the Regulation, the conditions of use are communicated to the user and the safety level of the chemicals is maintained under these conditions.
