Good Laboratory Practices are standards and principles determined to ensure the quality and accuracy of laboratory studies. These practices include the rules that must be followed in the planning, execution, monitoring, recording and reporting of tests. In particular, studies such as toxicological and ecotoxicological tests of chemical substances must be carried out in accordance with GLP principles to ensure their reliability and accuracy.
These principles are implemented within the scope of the regulation published in the Official Gazette dated March 9, 2010 and numbered 27516 in Turkey and are supervised by the Ministry.
