Confidential Business Information (CBI) refers to commercial information related to a chemical substance or mixture that is considered confidential because its disclosure could harm the legitimate commercial interests of the company concerned.
Under the KKDIK Regulation, certain information may be claimed as confidential and submitted to the Ministry together with a justification for why it should be protected.
