Substances Exempted

According to the KKDIK Regulation, “exempted substances” refer to chemical substances that are exempted from the registration, evaluation, authorisation or restriction processes under this regulation under certain conditions. In this context, some chemicals such as radioactive substances, non-isolated intermediates, substances produced for scientific research and development under controlled conditions, and substances in temporary storage or transit may be exempted from these regulatory obligations.

These exemptions are applied for certain situations, taking into account the protection of human health and the environment, and the conditions specified in the relevant legislation must be met.
